XCEDA Capital Business Lending

XCEDA Capital provides commercial loans to Australian businesses and projects on flexible terms, secured by registered mortgages and caveats.

Our goal is to offer borrowers access to business finance with a fast, efficient and sensible lending approach whilst still adopting stringent lending criteria.  XCEDA Capital offers funding solutions for a range of business needs, from asset or stock purchases, SME cashflow support, property purchases, refinancing and more.

In general, a decision on funding can be made within 24 hours of the initial application by our borrowers. Providing all conditions of approval are met, funding can be issued within 5 days.

Our secured lending is based on 1st or 2nd mortgages and in certain circumstances we can take caveats over property as security. Terms are from 6 months to 3 years, for amounts from $50,000 to $2,000,000.
