Xceda is an experienced investment manager of two types of funds:

Xceda's current investment offerings
Xceda Mortgage Income Fund
Open ended income fund, offering up tp 10% p.a. in monthly distributions, and flexible investment terms, from 12-36 months. Available to wholesale investors only.
Unifi SDA Housing Fund
This Fund is now closed, with all investment funds deployed into a portfolio of SDA houses registered under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
This is a relatively new asset class, designed to provide long-term, risk-adjusted financial returns in a socially responsible investment.
